Jimi mosaic
Mosaic, detail, on ground outside the entrance door to Jimi Hendrix's former flat at, 23 Brook Street, Mayfair, in the West End of London. This obscure forgotten mosaic is somewhat typical of the period when Jimi Hendrix lived their. Although the design is arguably not great art, it is a bit lyrical! Photo taken about 49 years after Jimi's departure from this apartment, but it probably has not changed so much, perhaps a bit brighter and brasher back in the day when Mr Hendrix stepped on it.
