Brian Haw (1949 - 2011) the peace campaigner visiting Tate Britain, playfully engaging with Art, in the form of “Dirce” by Sir Charles Lawes-Witteronge, before going to a pre-private view for himself and his family, of the Wallinger exhibition, “State Britain” which consists of a careful reconstruction of the Brian Haw protest placards as it was in Parliament Square, shortly before it confiscated by the police under the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005, SOCPA.
