Mark Thomas visits 10 Downing Street, the official London residence of Prime Minister Tony Blair, weeks before he left office, with a placard with the words, “Tony Blair Prime minister and War Criminal Lived Here” as part of his protest against SOCPA, the so called, Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005. Since Peace campaigners can no longer take placards into Downing Street.
