The (carnival style) red horse and horseman which represents War, a horseman of the Apocalypse in front of the Royal Exchange, Threadneedle Street, opposite the Bank of England during the demonstration relating to the financial difficulties for the public on what the campaigner organisers describe as Financial Fools Day.
