Battersea Dogs Home

A rally march past Battersea Dogs Home, a campaign to Free Shaker Aamer, the last British resident who is still held illegally in Guantanamo after more than 8 years. The campaigners march from Nine Elms past the site of the proposed future site of the London US Embassy, in Battersea, ironically in the very same borough of London where detainee Shaker Aamer is from and his family remain awaiting his return. The freedom march ends at Battersea Arts Centre for a panel talk and later film screening. London 11th December 2010
