John Halas

John Halas OBE, (1912–1995), animation film producer at his office in the Halas and Batchelor, Studio, at 3 Kean Street, the company he co-founded with his wife Joy Batchelor. John Halas produced “Animal Farm” in 1954 the first British animated feature film released worldwide, based on the George Orwell book. “Animal Farm”.
