The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (SOCPA): a new English law that includes restrictions to the right to demonstrate, with out police permission, within an exclusion zone. It protects the Politicians and Government institutions from spontaneous public criticism in the aftermath of the unpopular Iraq War.
