Omand gave evidence under questioning by the Iraq Inquiry committee members Sir John Chilcot (Chairman), Sir Lawrence Freedman, Sir Martin Gilbert, Sir Roderic Lyne and Baroness Usha Prashar. Sir David Omand concedes that the raw intelligence behind the Iraq invasion was thin.
